As COO and CEO of AgileThought Federico grew it 3 times in size and 7 times in value, and opened the capital in Nasdaq, directly managing 200 MM US$ and +2500 consultants/engineers in his reporting structure.
He co-founded ga/Grupo ASSA (sold to Globant in 2020) in '92 leaving EY, and was the founder of the Brazil operation. The company grew from a 17-colleagues start up up to +1600 consultants/+70 million USD in annual revenues.
He made a dozen successful acquisitions (Data, E-comm, Cloud, E-Procurement, SAP, Consulting, Analytics, Health Care IT Services, Agility & Digital Engineering) in the USA, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina, and accumulated 'learnings' in a greater number of frustrated transactions.
Federico developed Industry vertical practices in Business, Process and Technology in Telcos, BFSI, MFG, CPG, Natural Resources and AEC. He led client portfolios of +50 MM USD, developed clients of +10 MM USD/year, and built alliances with companies such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft and Google.

He developed commercial relationships and execute projects and services in companies like Avon, Banco Santander, BIC, Citibank, Electrolux, JPMC, Linde/Praxair, etc.
